Parking is 100 m far from the house and it is extra payed 2 EUR per day per car. Advance payment at arrival is 120 EUR per apartment. Advance payment is returned at departure if everything is alright with apartments. House is located around 2 km far from Stomorska where are all stores, restaurants..., next to the sea with its own pier with boat berth for boats to 6m long. Boat berth is not charged. Use of washing machine is charged 5 EUR. Allowed dogs and charged 15 EUR per week per dog. On request assured bed for children which is not extra charged. All apartments have its own terrace or outside summer house for resting and dining with sea view. Allowed use of outside grill, no charged. Shortest staying is 7 days, for staying less than 7 days, full amount for that apartment is charged. Change of bed linen is once a week, for staying less than 1 week changing of bed linen is at arrival. Welcome!
